• Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, images, and prices of spices, seeds, and seasonings listed on the website are accurate. However, minor variations in packaging, color, or grain size may occur as our products are natural agricultural produce.
• Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, or promotions at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Acceptance

• Placement of an order on naturesfields.com constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or potential fraudulent activity.
• Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Final acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched for delivery.

3. Payments & Billing

• Payments must be made at the time of purchase using approved online payment methods (credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or digital wallets) integrated on our platform.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship orders to specified addresses within India. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen external circumstances.
• Nature’s Fields / RB RETAIL WORLD is not responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds, & Replacements

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food items (spices, seeds, blends), products can only be returned or replaced if:

1. The product delivered is damaged or tampered with upon arrival.
2. The item delivered is incorrect or incomplete.

• Reporting Period: Customers must report damage or wrong delivery within 24–48 hours of receiving the package by emailing care@naturesfields.com with photos/videos of the package and receipt.
• Refunds: Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content included on this website—such as logos, product graphics, brand name ("Nature's Fields"), text, images, and code—is the property of RB RETAIL WORLD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the content without express written permission from us.
